My name is Soonie, a new member to the SSC community.

A small introduction of myself:

• I grew up in Korea🇰🇷 but currently studying Entrepreneurship and Team leadership in Finland 🇫🇮.
• I am a proactive learner, networker, and doer.
• I am passionate about connecting with startup enthusiasts in Korea, and learning about the Korean startup ecosystem.

Entrepreneurial activities from Finland:

I've been active on startup ecosystems in Finland from entrepreneurial student organization, networking events, working experiences to promote entrepreneurship. And I have done different projects with international groups and clients where I gained good outcomes. 

Time to learn Korean startup ecosystem

I've been researching and learning by myself how startup ecosystem of Korea is. But it's never enough to only learn from the internet. 

Instead, I would like to expand my network here in Korea through meeting people and learn from you all.

So.. What I want to know?

• How did you get interested in the startup scene, what were the reasons for you to choose that career path?
• Preconceptions of startups and real life experiences

• What kind of support you/your startup got (from the city level, startup ecosystem networks, etc?)
• Strengths and weaknesses of Korean startup ecosystem

It can be done through 15-20 mins of interview. But not just for the sake of interviews, I want to be exposed to the community and be part of it. It's a network that's worthwhile and valuable in the end😊
