Promising Student-Startup 300+
International Students Track
A startup education program for Students in South Korea sponsored by the Ministry of Education and organized by National Research Foundation and Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation.
There are multiple tracks in the program. One of the tracks is the International Students track called Value-Up Track -International Students.
Program Schedule:
- Application Period for Value Up Track-International Students: ~ April 30.
- Application Evaluation: May 7 - May 12. (20 teams will be selected).
- 10 Teams Selection Through Online Presentation: May 28(10 teams will be selected).
- Program Training: June - August.
- 5 Teams Advance to Integrated Finals(compete with other tracks finalists): September - December

Eligibility for International Students (Vlaue-Up Track):
- Enrolled-in or on leave-from a Korean university (graduate or undergraduate).
- Being a team of 3-5 members.
- The team/startup lead is an international student.
- Startup team founded for less than 3 years.
Increased Chances with Extra Points if you have all or one of the following:
- 50% or more of the members are International Students.
- Teams have completed OASIS courses.
Benefits Include the following:
- Money Prize (Budged of 13.9 B KRW)
