Ella Bay is a Korea-based clean beauty and social impact startup focused on developing gentle, science-backed skincare for sensitive and acne-prone skin. Our mission is to make high-quality Korean skincare accessible while empowering women in vulnerable situations through employment, education, and community support. We develop dermatologically tested products, including masks, pads, and moisture-repair lines, manufactured in certified Korean facilities (GMP, ISO). The brand integrates sustainability and social responsibility by partnering with women-led suppliers and reinvesting part of revenue into training programs for women entrepreneurs. Ella Bay is currently expanding to CIS, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia markets and preparing for participation in international acceleration programs, impact grants, and K-Beauty export initiatives.
