Program Description

This course is held in Jeonbuk not Seoul

OASIS-5 is a coaching and mentoring program designed for prospective foreign entrepreneurs.

This program not only provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of starting and running a business in Korea but also supports more practical and realistic startup preparation through connections with mentors and industry experts.

The program offers expert coaching focused on essential aspects of launching a business, such as site selection, market research, and consumer analysis.

Through one-on-one mentoring with experienced immigrant entrepreneurs and startup professionals, as well as on-site visits, participants deepen their understanding of the Korean market and work to minimize the risk of early-stage failure.

Additionally, OASIS-5 provides tailored support to participants preparing to obtain the D-8-4 Startup Visa, offering those with innovative technologies and ideas the chance to start and expand their businesses directly in Korea.

Program Activities and Benefits

- Receive 15 OASIS 5 points towards Startup Prep D10-2 or Startup D8-4 Visas (check or adjust your points using SkalePLUS visa tools)

Personal Dashboard> Tools > K Startup Visa Tool > Check Eligibility

- Receive 1:1 mentoring hours and you need to attend at least a total of 6 hours of those sessions.

Program Instructions

※ Each session runs for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break.

※ Completion is recognized with at least 80% attendance.

※ Tardiness and early departures are checked in 30-minute units and deducted from participation time.

※ The schedule is subject to change depending on the circumstances.

※ The program will be opened if there are at least 15 applicants.

※ Participants who fail to complete the course due to absence, withdrawal, or expulsion will be restricted from all programs for 6 months after the end date. Exceptions apply with proof of unavoidable reasons (e.g., illness or accident).
