Program Description

This is a Advanced Intellectual Property course supported by the Korean government for non-Korean startups and entrepreneurs who are interested in doing business in Korea.


Program Activities and Benefits

In this Advanced Intellectual Property course, you will learn about the advanced IP topics, how to build it, and its legal basis.

After finishing this course, you will obtain 10 points that can be used to obtain D10-2 (Startup Preparation Visa) and when accumulated with other points, you will reach to 60 points to be eligible to apply for the D8-4 (Startup Visa).

You will also receive a certificate of completion which you can use in the immigration office.
