Program Description

This course is designed for non-Korean entrepreneurs, or students residing in Korea wanting to establish a business or a startup in Korea

This course covers the fundamental administrative and operational pillars of the Korean business environment, including taxation, labor laws, and corporate governance.

Only those who are selected will receive application approval emails.

Program Activities and Benefits

- Receive 10 OASIS 4 points towards Startup Prep D10-2 or Startup D8-4 Visas 

- Learn the basics on the Startup topic

Seoul Global Center

Established in 2008 under the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Seoul Global Center is a comprehensive support organization dedicated to SGC offers assistance to Seoul foreign residents and international students to adapt smoothly to life in Seoul, unlock their full potential, and live happily in the city. As of April 2025, the center is operated by OPENKNOWL Co., Ltd. under the commission of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. We currently operate the OASIS startup visa program under Ministry of Justice.
