OASIS 4+ Basic Trade Training Program is designed for non-Koreans who are residing in Korea and fluent in the Korean language who are interested in the Trade Visa D-9-1.

Seoul Global Center

Established in 2008 under the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Seoul Global Center is a comprehensive support organization dedicated to SGC offers assistance to Seoul foreign residents and international students to adapt smoothly to life in Seoul, unlock their full potential, and live happily in the city. As of April 2025, the center is operated by OPENKNOWL Co., Ltd. under the commission of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. We currently operate the OASIS startup visa program under Ministry of Justice.
