Program Description

This program introduces you to a lawyer to incorporate your business and receive a list of documents you will need to incorporate. However,You can always register your company with your own lawyer and not through OASIS 8 if you do not need the points from this program. Registering using your own lawyer will still qualify you for D8-4 visa.

Program Activities and Benefits

OASIS 8 can help with the following:

1- Basic free consultation for incorporation

2- Introduction to a lawyer to register your company (the participant needs to pay the lawyer from his/her own pocket).

3- Receive OASIS 8 certificate which gives you 15 OASIS points towards your D10-2 or D8-4 visa.

**IMPORTANT **

OASIS 8 points are optional and are not a required/mandatory point to receive. However, registering a company is mandatory for obtaining D-4 and that can be done through your own lawyer as well.
