Program Description

This program introduces you to a lawyer to incorporate your business and receive a list of documents you will need to incorporate. However,You can always register your company with your own lawyer and not through OASIS 8 if you do not need the points from this program. Registering using your own lawyer will still qualify you for D8-4 visa.

As of April 2025, the center is operated by OPENKNOWL Co., Ltd. under the commission of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. We currently operate the OASIS startup visa program under Ministry of Justice.
